This job is located at Eagle Creek Midwife Clinic, Lexington, KY. The primary responsibilities of the Practice Manager I/UKHC are to direct the business, technical, and nursing support activities of the clinic. This individual is responsible for the successful management of all assigned clinics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative functions including operations, marketing, facilities, revenue cycle, human resources, planning and development.
• Implement adjustments to the clinic operation that will support enterprise-wide initiatives.

Requirements

The Practice Manager I/UKHC is responsible for the successful management of all assigned clinics. They must have 2 years of related experience and must be able to pass a national background check and/or drug screen.
