Practice Managers play a pivotal role in Banfield Pet Hospitals, driving business results while fostering an engaging team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and develop associates
• Evaluate hospital's processes, progress, and productivity
• Train associates on Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and hospital services
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, time off, and continuing education
• Budget and plan for the hospital
• Deal with daily operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience
• Three years related experience required, including direct supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A knack for problem-solving
• Conflict management experience
• Leadership and analytical know-how

Skills

• Proficiency in veterinary practice management
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Pay

Salary range for this role is $60,630.99 - $75,578.10. Specific pay rates are dependent on experience, skill level, and education of the candidate, as well as geographic location.
