Practice Manager - Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Position Purpose

Practice Manager II primary responsibilities include strategic direction and maintenance of daily operations, financial and budgetary oversight, and general management of a physician practice with two or more of the following: 5 or more providers, multiple locations, multiple specialties, and high complexity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a physician practice at a single site.
• Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain overall operational responsibility for routine business and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff to ensure maximum utilization of resources and efficient delivery of services.
• Oversee the business and financial affairs of the practice, reviewing and reporting on financial performance and key practice indicators.
• Identify practice and business development opportunities to increase market share.
• Interact with physicians and administration to ensure practice business needs are met and resolve medical or administrative issues.
• Provide oversight and accountability for practice metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 5+ years of related experience (preferred).

Schedule & Location
