Practice Manager - Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

About the role

Location: 620 Stanton Christiana Rd, Ste 302, Newark, DE 19713. Practice Manager II provides strategic direction and maintenance of daily operations, financial and budgetary oversight, and general management of a physician practice with two or more of the following: 5 or more providers, multiple locations, multiple specialties, and high complexity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a Physician Practice at a single site; establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Have overall operational responsibility for routine business and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff to ensure maximum utilization of resources and efficient delivery of services.
• Oversee the business and financial affairs of the practice; review and report on financial performance and key practice indicators.
• Identify practice/business development opportunities to increase practice market share.
• Interact with physicians and administration to meet practice business needs and resolve medical or administrative issues.
• Have oversight and accountability for practice metrics (daily, weekly, or monthly).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 5+ years of related experience (preferred)

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, day/evening hours required (no weekends).
