Practice Manager
Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of the patient experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of dental management experience required
- Knowledgeable in insurance verification, claims, and resolution processes
- Understanding of management of patient & insurance AR
- Ability to maintain employee relations
- Excellent payroll management & oversight
- Understanding of P&L-Controlling expenses
- Knowledgeable in standard OSHA & HIPAA practices & policies

Position Base Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 USD
