Practice Manager

About the role

Central Kentucky Endodontics, PLLC, is seeking a Practice Manager to join our busy specialty practice. The ideal candidate will lead the team, manage finances, and enhance the patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
• Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase the quality of the patient experience
• Facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of dental management experience
• Knowledgeable in insurance verification, claims, and resolution processes
• Understanding of management of patient & insurance AR
• Ability to maintain employee relations
• Excellent payroll management & oversight
• Understanding of P&L-Controlling expenses
• Knowledgeable in standard OSHA & HIPAA practices & policies
