Practice Manager

About the Role

At Vera Whole Health, the Clinic Manager is accountable for the operational and administrative functions core to the success of the clinics. You will partner with the Lead Provider, who oversees clinical outcomes, to ensure exceptional delivery of patient care. This role ensures clinic teams receive the resources and training essential for patient care while championing quality improvement and collaboration in our team-based clinical model.

Responsibilities

• Assure the mission, vision, and values of Vera Whole Health using the coach approach in accordance with personnel policies.
• Oversee team member development and management, including hiring, training, and adherence to policies to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Design and implement action plans to meet client contractual performance guarantees, company clinical goals, and other key performance indicators.
• Manage budget development and adherence, including inventory, scheduling, payroll, and patient flow.
• Serve as the first point of contact for investigating and responding to patient concerns and clinic incidents.
• Lead care center teams through new company initiatives and process changes, facilitating rollout strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, patient and team member safety, and adherence to state, local, and national standards.
• Facilitate communication of the company’s mission, vision, projects, and direction, connecting field teams with the support office.
• Work with the Regional Director and clinic team to meet client needs, review contractual metrics, and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations and Lead Provider to compile and report on key performance indicators.
• Manage projects supporting departmental and organizational strategic initiatives.
• Enhance patient experience by assessing workflows, resolving complaints, and improving team member engagement.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $67,349.00 to $101,023.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
