What You'll Do
- Create an environment where patients receive exceptional care, employees thrive, and the business performs at a high level
- Lead, coach, and inspire front and back office teams
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable culture
- Recruit, onboard, develop, recognize, and retain exceptional talent
- Partner with Human Resources to address employee relations, performance management, and staffing needs
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve productivity, patient retention, and financial performance
- Manage office budgets, purchasing, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and cash controls
- Ensure efficient scheduling and workflow to maximize patient access and team productivity
- Deliver a welcoming, service-focused environment for every patient
- Support treatment acceptance by helping patients understand recommended care and insurance benefits
- Oversee dental insurance processes, including HMO and PPO plans and claims management
- Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Ensure OSHA and workplace safety standards are consistently met
- Utilize practice management software and reporting tools to analyze performance and drive informed business decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Dental or healthcare management experience preferred, but strong leaders from other service industries are encouraged to apply
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve operations, and deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software (Denticon experience is a plus)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
