About the role
The Practice Manager at New Hampshire Gastroenterology is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, organizing, and implementing day-to-day clinic functions
- Implementing and interpreting policies and procedures
- Conducting performance evaluations and making recommendations for improvements
- Maintaining public information about services and conducting routine inspections
- Maintaining a healthy work environment and liaising with various stakeholders
- Developing and managing the practice budget, recruiting and hiring staff, and ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Adhering to the "Code of Conduct" and "Mission and Value Statement"
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in a healthcare or clinic setting
