Practice Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a Dental Practice Operations Manager to support and lead our dental practice. This role involves empowering the dental team to deliver a best-in-class experience to our patients, seeing firsthand how lives are transformed.

Three Smiles Leadership

• The Dental Team: Responsible for the business operations of the patient journey, including patient scheduling, reception, supporting the patient experience, visit completion, and patient return. Lead a team to change lives, one smile at a time.
• The Patient: Gatekeeper of the patient journey. Welcome patients and guide them to oral health and happiness. Feel the impact of changing lives each day.
• The Community: Play a key role in donating proceeds from Tooth Whitening services to local Colorado charities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (3 + years) as the office/practice manager of a busy service-oriented multi-specialty dental practice
• A demonstrated commitment to an exemplary employee and patient experience
• Absolutely love people, working in teams, and demonstrating an aptitude for having fun, leading bravely, and creating greatness
• An Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• A demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management
• Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems (preferably Dentrix/Ascend)
• A demonstrated understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles (i.e., practice management reports, production reports, financial statements)
• A willingness to build trust to achieve results
