PRACTICE MANAGER

About the role

The Practice Manager oversees daily support operations for the Cantu Concussion Center and Outpatient Rehabilitation department. This role ensures efficient workflows and positive patient experience while managing staffing, compliance, patient access, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and support team supervision.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree in appropriate field of study preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years of work experience, with staff management responsibility, in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Licenses and Certifications: N/A
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of scheduling, insurance, and billing administrative workflows and compliance processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrate commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
