Corewell Health Ludington Hospital Primary Care - Lawndale shares its building with a walk-in clinic, making it a highly versatile location for both scheduled primary care and unexpected medical needs. It is located just west of the main Corewell Health Ludington Hospital, providing easy access to testing or hospital services if required. Our highly skilled primary care physicians support a variety of everyday family needs on-site, including:
- Mental health
- Skin procedures
- Routine care
- Laboratory services
Responsibilities
- Oversee the activities of team members within the practice(s) and ensure optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with your dyad partner.
- Train team members and serve as a liaison between providers, team members, and the director in daily operations.
- Manage charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement, and practice staffing.
- Oversee team member performance and development, ensuring policy adherence.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in business, management, or a related area (Required).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, or a related area (Preferred).
- 3 years of relevant healthcare, medical practice, or related work experience (Required).
- 1 year of relevant supervisory or management experience (Required).

Schedule
- Full-time, day shift.
- 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday.
- Hours of work: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
