Practice Manager

About the role
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall business operations and management of administrative staff at designated Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Outpatient Services Center (OSC) sites operated by CBI. This position collaborates with clinical operations to develop, implement, assess, and meet identified business strategies for Community Bridges Inc. (CBI).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business or Public Administration or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of healthcare experience required
- 1-2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience required
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred
- Valid identification required
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures required
- CSPMP (Controlled Substances Prescription Monitoring Program) certification preferred
