Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of one primary office and multiple satellite locations throughout Southern Virginia.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for front office, clinical, and administrative staff.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop employees while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Partner with physicians and executive leadership to improve operational performance, patient satisfaction, and overall practice growth.
- Monitor provider schedules to maximize patient access, provider productivity, operational efficiency, and clinic productivity.
- Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify opportunities to improve workflow, patient experience, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA (when applicable), company policies, and all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage office budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, and purchasing.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Lead regular staff meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate personnel documentation, including I-9 verification and required employment records.
- Oversee daily administrative functions including scheduling, billing coordination, revenue cycle support, and practice operations.
- Absorb and perform other duties as assigned.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across several locations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience improving operational workflows and driving process improvement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare software systems.
- Working knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) platforms.
- Thorough understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% between practice locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Health Information Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare management or medical practice management experience required.
- Previous experience managing physician practices, outpatient clinics, or multi-site healthcare operations preferred.
- Dermatology experience is highly preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout medical office environments.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to travel between assigned practice locations.
