Practice Manager
About the role
The Practice Manager (PM) contributes to AHF by providing strategic leadership and oversight at their healthcare center. They actively co-lead cross-functional teams alongside the Medical Director and Nurse Manager, ensuring effective management of day-to-day operations, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead cross-functional teams alongside the Medical Director and Nurse Manager
- Ensure effective management of day-to-day operations
- Engage employees and enhance patient satisfaction
- Lead patient growth and retention, client experience, and operational performance
- Serve as the primary financial performance manager in collaboration with AHF's revenue cycle team
- Develop policies and improve processes
- Cultivate relationships with service providers
- Serve as a dedicated patient advocate
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and Nurse Manager to ensure seamless healthcare delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong financial management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster a positive work environment
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
