The Practice Manager

The Practice Manager (PM) oversees all aspects of the location's business operations. As a team leader at a "people first" organization, the PM guides their team through development programs of coaching, mentoring, and performance management. They are responsible for enhancing patient experiences, driving sales, managing payroll, and improving profitability to meet the company's business objectives.

• Guides team through development programs of coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Ensures memorable patient experiences and drives top line sales
• Manages payroll expenses and increases profitability
• Works directly with staff and OD partners to provide professional eye exams, medical services, and remarkable patient service
• Builds an effective team that collaborates to achieve results
• Identifies and selects top talent that aligns with AEG's values
• Works closely with District Manager to achieve financial plans
• Learns quickly and adapts to new challenges, solving problems creatively
• Ensures daily sales are reviewed and gaps are closed
• Protects the company through loss prevention
• Partners with Human Resources to ensure employee commitment to handbook guidelines

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional setting background with leadership capacity
• Business Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related management field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Optician Certification preferred
