Practice Management Coordinator, Registered Funds

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Practice Management for the Registered Funds practice.
  • Aid in the coordination and execution of practice-related initiatives, projects, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate communications and follow-up with attorneys, business professionals, clients, service providers, and other external contacts.
  • Maintain and update internal process documents, templates, trackers, and related practice materials.
  • Assist with document management, reporting, and other practice support functions.
  • Support special projects and additional practice group or firm initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm, financial services, investment management, compliance, corporate, or other professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to take ownership of projects and tasks from inception through completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and strong client service orientation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Experience in a law firm or similarly demanding professional services environment.
  • Experience supporting investment management, registered funds, or related legal or regulatory practices.
  • Academic background in Business, Communications, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related discipline.

Pay

The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is non-exempt meaning it is overtime pay eligible.
