The successful candidate will mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team success, while achieving high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting for direct hire roles
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience mentoring and developing junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
