Practice General Radiology at UPMC in Altoona, PA - Full and part time positions
About the role
Join a group of 19 Radiologists including 6 Neuroradiology/MSK/Body Imaging, 2 Mammographers (one part time), 2 Interventional Radiologists, 2 Nuclear Medicine/PET Radiologists, physician extenders and several nurses. Option for an academic appointment if desired. Live in a great community while having the support of UPMC through teleradiology.
Responsibilities
- General radiology duties within a busy community hospital setting
Requirements
- Residency trained in general radiology
- MD or equivalent degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania license
Facilities and technology
- Philips iSite and PowerScribe (converting to Philips Vue PACS)
- Cerner used as the inpatient EMR; Epic used as the outpatient EMR; all Epic by fall 2025

- $600K base salary with earning potential up to $700K plus productivity incentive with quarterly progress payments
