Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician Job with UPMC in Altoona, PA
About the role
UPMC Magee is recruiting an Ob/Gyn physician for their hospital in Altoona, PA. This position offers a busy practice including Ob/Gyns, Advanced Providers, and midwives, full scope Ob/Gyn services, and office hours Monday through Friday. There is also a clinical academic appointment and access to EPIC EMR for outpatient and Cerner for inpatient care.
Responsibilities
- Manage low- and high-risk pregnancies
- Offer midwifery services
- Treat fibroids, tumors, and endometriosis with minimally invasive treatments
- Provide pre- and postnatal care at multiple locations
- Perform labor and delivery services at the UPMC Altoona Birth Center
Requirements
- MD or equivalent degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ob/Gyn
- Able to obtain an unrestricted PA license
