About the role

The Practice Consultant will be responsible for determining & building custom, clinical workflows. They will engage & build fast rapport with customers, such as Practice Managers and Providers. They will build users, schedules and workflow rules within the PerfectServe platform. They will provide technical support, occasionally onsite, and make the appropriate user application adjustments during new customer go lives. They will monitor and make the necessary user and schedule application changes for PerfectServe’s synced applications. They will execute testing protocols. They will contribute to configuration standards best practices and execute the company’s configuration quality assurance. They will serve as lead consultant for all types of outpatient projects. They will work with physician offices to understand their communication requirements and apply PerfectServe’s technology in ways that deliver the best possible outcome for them. They will configure workflow solutions, conduct practitioner, practice manager and support staff training, execute regular quality audits (design and configuration), provide remote go-live support, and manage account stages in SFDC and SmartSheet.

Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ work experience in a customer facing, consulting, account manager, project manager, business analyst and/or other service role
  • Ability to work closely with peers and team members in a collaborative manner
  • Adaptable
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency with Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and reasoning skills with both configuration and communication
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Honest and impartial

Key Performance Indicators

  • Quality score of 85% or higher
  • Adherence to best practice and/or client design standards (quality)
  • On-time delivery of solution designs
  • SFDC and SmartSheet compliance
  • Documentation compliance
  • Average customer satisfaction rating of 80% or better

Beneficial Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or related discipline
  • Experience driving process change in complicated environments
  • Experience working with physicians or in clinical settings
