Key Responsibilities
- Lead assigned workstreams within large-scale enterprise implementations, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with project goals.
- Cook up smooth execution across complex environments by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for designated functional areas during the planning and execution of enterprise go-live events.
- Provide workflow consulting for physician, clinical, and operational teams.
- Educate and register physicians for PerfectServe programs, crafting elegant solutions that meet system-level standards.
- Offer consultation support to physicians with call workflow configuration into the PerfectServe system.
- Develop training programs tailored to large health system audiences.
- Educate new clinical users at the hospital pre and post go-live.
- Configure advanced workflows within complex multi-facility systems.
- Work with third-party systems to integrate solutions into the PerfectServe system.
- Conduct testing across devices, platforms, and integrated technologies.
- Become trained across multiple PerfectServe platforms based on project needs.
- Rapidly acquire new product knowledge for enterprise implementations.
Essential Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree required, with an engineering or IT-related discipline being ideal but not necessary.
- Prior work experience in a customer-facing or other service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Visio (or Lucidchart similarly), Word, Excel (including functions), and PowerPoint.
- An embrace of change and a genuine curiosity for healthcare.
- The ability to work closely with peers and team members in a collaborative manner.
- The necessity to travel up to 30-50% of the time.
Environment, Physical & Other Requirements
- Interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting.
- Ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-25 pounds.
- Good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, and operate equipment.
