Responsibilities
- Achieve high client satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of inquiries and complaints.
- Develop and maintain trust and loyalty with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling that align with client needs and objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address client queries, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Become a trusted expert providing long-term support as client needs evolve.
- Expand and nurture the client base focusing on relationship-building and acquisition.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences resulting in positive feedback and satisfaction.
- Enhance leadership by mentoring peers and strengthening team capabilities.
Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Maintain high client satisfaction and trust.
- Reduce client churn and maintain renewal performance.
- Grow account value through appropriate product/service expansion.
- Ensure operational reliability and contractual compliance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Client Satisfaction (CSAT) and/or NPS scores for assigned accounts (average and trend).
- Time-to-resolution for complaints and escalations (median and SLA compliance %).
- Renewal rate and retention percentage for portfolio (quarterly/annual).
- Revenue from upsell/cross-sell attributable to the consultant (quarterly/annual).
- Churn rate (voluntary and involuntary) within assigned accounts.
