Practice Administrator II- Musculoskeletal Disease
Job Overview
The Practice Administrator (PA) is accountable for the administration of new and existing practice locations within a pod of TriHealth Physician Practices (TPP) which may include collaboration with a dyad role, Associate/Medical Director. The PA assists, facilitates, coordinates, and oversees operations for practices, practice managers, provides data for analysis of business growth and works on special projects as directed. They promote innovative and "best" practice operations to maximize the performance of multiple locations. This position collaborates with TPP/TriHealth leadership and TPP specialty departments leadership to ensure constant and consistent improvements are happening in the health and well-being of our patients through standardized practices, systems, safety, policies / procedures and assists in the implementation of the strategic plan.
Job Responsibilities
Operations Management: Provides operational oversight and direction to the Practice Managers. Regularly visible at the practice sites to ensures processes and activities are performed in accordance with policies and procedures in a professional, consistent manner.
Business Growth and Development: Actively participates with one up and TriHealth leadership in strategic planning initiatives. This includes development of budget, consistently monitoring expenses and revenue, and providing directions when adjustments are needed.
Relationship/Culture: Assures the implementation of corporate and specialty/department specific models of care, systems, policies, and cultural norms that deliver superior patient care and support the recruitment and retention of team members.
Supervision: Supervises interdisciplinary collaboration, communication throughout practices, peer groups, other management, providers and team members. Creates an open communication pathway for all to access. Willingness to be questioned as team members look for information on a Provider Engagement.
Provider Engagement: Supports coordination of provider onboarding processes. Becomes familiar with Medical staff requirements, practice start up processes, payer credentialing requirements including state license, DEA, CME, EPIC training templates, and p Quality/Safety/Satisfaction: Collaborates with one up, Associate Medical Director, and/or Physician Champion, and managers to set goals, develop/implement initiatives, and systems that improve quality of care and patient safety. Ensures compliance with standards and assures departmental compliance, payer needs, TH Compliance with billing and coding, TH Policies. (e.g. CMS, HIPAA, ODH, OSHA). Assures compliance with the Ohio Board of Nursing and other Stat Other Job-Related Information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related field
- Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Must be proficient with computers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills including telephone etiquette
- Must be flexible and adaptive to a changing environment
- Experience working within an EMR such as Epic
- 4-5 years experience

Schedule
Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly)
