About the role
Own end-to-end demand planning and inventory control across Hangry's multi-brand operations, ensuring optimal product availability while achieving inventory and service level targets.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasting frameworks using statistical models and business insights to improve forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.
- Lead monthly S&OP/Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles by aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain on demand, supply, and inventory plans.
- Establish inventory strategies including DIO targets, safety stock policies, replenishment parameters, and inventory allocation across brands, warehouses, and operational locations.
- Monitor and improve key PPIC performance metrics including forecast accuracy (MAPE/Bias), stock availability, inventory turnover, DIO, waste reduction, and out-of-stock performance.
- Drive operational excellence through process standardization, planning automation, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Introduce and optimize planning tools, demand sensing capabilities, and replenishment methodologies to improve planning efficiency and inventory visibility.
- Build and maintain PPIC dashboards, reports, and OKRs to support business performance monitoring and executive decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure planning decisions support business growth and operational requirements.
- Represent the PPIC function in cross-functional planning meetings and executive discussions, providing strategic recommendations on demand, inventory, and supply planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop the PPIC team by setting clear objectives, managing performance, building technical capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field. APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) is a plus.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in PPIC, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain, with at least 2–3 years owning demand forecasting, inventory planning, or S&OP/IBP processes.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Procurement, and Operations.
- Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, S&OP/IBP, and inventory control concepts such as DIO, safety stock, EOQ, ABC analysis, and forecast accuracy (MAPE/Bias).
- Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and planning tools; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus.
- Experience in F&B, QSR, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing with multi-SKU and multi-location operations is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
