Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute proposal strategies and sales agreements
• Identify new opportunities to develop products and services for business growth
• Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal processes
• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and explain complex information
• Develop and communicate specialized knowledge regarding commercial developments

Qualifications

• BS degree from an accredited university or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience in Power Transmission and Distribution or Power Transformers
• 5+ years of experience with power transformer sales
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
• Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Established project management skills
