What You Bring

• Education & Experience: Degree in Diesel Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong hands-on experience with Caterpillar engines & power systems
• Technical Skills: Expertise in internal combustion engines (spark vs. compression ignition), ability to read schematics, engineering drawings & machining specs, proficiency in precision measuring tools & dyno testing procedures, familiarity with CAT diagnostic & service systems
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented & adaptable in high-pressure situations, team player with a passion for continuous learning
