What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for power systems design and development across multiple product lines.
  • Drive collaboration across engineering platforms and technical teams to develop integrated solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with engine, hydraulic, and driveline partners.
  • Define and execute power system development and validation strategies with internal experts and suppliers.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent, fostering technical growth and team performance.
  • Lead new product introduction efforts, ensuring alignment with quality, timing, and engineering standards.
  • Provide input into engineering processes, resource planning, and project budgets.
  • Oversee the creation, detailing, and release of engineering drawings and CAD models (Autodesk Inventor).
  • Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams and support international initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt team capabilities to support emerging technologies.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Deep technical expertise in engine, hydraulic, and driveline systems for heavy equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience developing engineering processes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in CAD systems (Autodesk Inventor preferred) and engineering documentation.
  • Able to work effectively across global teams and diverse cultural environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of engineering experience in power systems within heavy equipment industries.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
  • PREFERRED: Master’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
  • Experience in material handling, construction, or agricultural equipment industries.
