Power Platform Developer

About the role

Location: NYC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week). Visa sponsorship is not provided.

We are seeking a developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using low-code and no-code platforms. The role covers business areas including Regulatory Reporting, KYC, Compliance, HR, and Risk.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy applications on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, using SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL Server as backend
• Build and maintain SharePoint intranet portals using HTML, CSS, SPFX, and React
• Support and maintain the existing Risk Decision Tool
• Work with business and control teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements
• Research business processes and propose ways to optimize and automate them

Requirements

• 5+ years building low-code/no-code solutions, with strong hands-on knowledge of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and SQL Server
• Solid SQL skills: stored procedures, database design, indexing, joins, and MERGE commands
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and AD entitlements
• Background working in finance, equity, or a similar institution
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience

Skills

• Alteryx or other low-code tooling (a plus)
• Power BI (a plus)
