About the role
Supports the development, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions that improve project and construction workflows. Works with project teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and assists in delivering digital solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 services, and related data platforms. Provides application support, troubleshooting, user training, and contributes to reusable solutions that can be leveraged across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Support development and configuration of applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to support project and construction workflows.
- Work directly with project teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and assist in translating them into functional solutions.
- Develop and deploy prototypes, enhancements, and minimum viable solutions to address project needs.
- Support integration with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams, and project data sources.
- Assist in enabling automation and digital workflows within the Power Platform environment.
- Provide hands-on support for deployed applications, including troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and resolving workflow or data problems.
- Support user training, documentation, onboarding, and adoption activities.
- Assist in maintaining Power Platform environments, applications, connections, and data structures.
- Contribute to a centralized repository of reusable Power Platform applications, components, templates, and best practices.
- Support application testing, deployment, version control, and ongoing lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and digital solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and support Microsoft SQL Server databases, tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and related database objects.
- Troubleshoot data integration, performance, and data quality issues involving SQL Server and connected enterprise systems.
- Support data migration, validation, and synchronization activities between SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, and other business applications.
Education and Experience Requirements
Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Microsoft Power Apps development.
- Microsoft Power Automate workflow development and automation.
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and related collaboration platforms.
- Dataverse and other structured data sources.
- Basic understanding of Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
- Experience with application testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and support.
- Knowledge of business process automation and workflow design principles.
- Understanding of data management, security, and governance concepts.
- Requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work directly with users, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Documentation and training development experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic project environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to user adoption and support.

- Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and indexes.
- Knowledge of relational database design, normalization, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform solutions with SQL Server using on-premises and cloud-based connectivity options.
