Power Platform Developer

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina | Duration: Contract

About the role

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to resolving complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role also involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Analyze and resolve multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and deliverable requirements.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to achieve project goals.
• Act as an architect, leading technology initiatives and advancing the roadmap.
• Work hands-on with the Power Platform, including Canvas and Power Automate.
• Support action plan implementation and handle regular upgrade cycles.
• Communicate effectively with both business and IT platform groups.

Requirements

• 5 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 2-4 years of experience with Power Platform (Canvas, Power Automate).
• 1-2 years of experience as an architect.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Software Architecture and Design.
• Ability to work hands-on with minimal functional experience (90% hands-on keyboard).

Experience in AI Solution Development and Presentation Skills is a plus.

$70.00 - $75.00/hr on W2
