Power Platform Developer
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina | Duration: Contract
About the role
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to resolving complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role also involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.
Responsibilities
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Analyze and resolve multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and deliverable requirements.
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel to achieve project goals.
- Act as an architect, leading technology initiatives and advancing the roadmap.
- Work hands-on with the Power Platform, including Canvas and Power Automate.
- Support action plan implementation and handle regular upgrade cycles.
- Communicate effectively with both business and IT platform groups.
Requirements
- 5 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 2-4 years of experience with Power Platform (Canvas, Power Automate).
- 1-2 years of experience as an architect.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Software Architecture and Design.
- Ability to work hands-on with minimal functional experience (90% hands-on keyboard).
Experience in AI Solution Development and Presentation Skills is a plus.

$70.00 - $75.00/hr on W2
