Power Platform Developer, Louisiana, LA, US Senior Application Programmer The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Application Development & Solution Design Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions including:Canvas and Model-driven Power AppsPower PagesPower Automate cloud flows and approvalson-Prem and Cloud Relation Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Dataverse data models, business rules, and security rolesPower BI reports and dashboardsTranslate business and program requirements into scalable technical solutionsDevelop reusable components, patterns, and templates aligned with OTS standardsKnowledge transfer and train our in-house developers to come up to speed Integration & Architecture Integrate Power Platform solutions with:Microsoft 365 servicesDynamics 365 (where applicable)Azure services and external systems via connectors and APIsApply best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability Governance, Security & Compliance Implement role-based security, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and environmental strategiesEnsure solutions comply with Louisiana OTS standards and applicable federal and state regulations (e.g., security, privacy, accessibility)Support audits, documentation, and technical reviews Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and other developersProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and citizen developersParticipate in solution reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions Innovation & Emerging Capabilities Evaluate and pilot new Power Platform features and capabilitiesCopilot Studio experience (plus):Assist in designing conversational AI solutions and virtual agentsSupport use cases such as knowledge retrieval, case intake, and internal support automation Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: 5+ years of experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including:Power AppsPower Automateon-Prem and Cloud RDBMS, DataversePower BI5+ years of demonstrated strong understanding of:Application lifecycle management (ALM)Environment strategy with Deployment and Troubleshooting (Dev/Test/Prod)Security and role-based access controlSQL Queries5+ years of experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs.Ability to work independently and across multiple projects in a shared-services environment Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platformsExperience in government, public sector, or regulated environmentsExperience with MS SQL ServerFamiliarity with:Dynamics 365Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, etc.)DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power PlatformMicrosoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer, Solution Architect) Benefits At IntelliBee Long-Term Stability: Join us on a multi-year opportunities with room to grow.Comprehensive Health Coverage: Access quality healthcare benefits to keep you and your family well.Future Planning: Enroll in our 401(k) program and invest in your financial security.GC Assistance: We support immediate Green Card processing, if required.
