Power Platform Developer

Andworx is seeking a Power Platform Developer to create impactful and transformative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for a Federal Government client. This on-site role requires candidates to be within commutable distance to Mechanicsburg, PA; relocation assistance may be provided.

Requirements

• 5 years' experience building technical solutions, including a minimum of 3 years using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Microsoft Azure, and 1 year within a Department of War (DOW) cloud environment.
• Ability to identify functional business requirements and deliver effective solutions through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong UX/UI design skills to create visually pleasing solutions.
• Proven ability to complete projects, maintain effective working relationships, and communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Position of Trust clearance.
• Information Assurance IAT-2 level certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+CE, CCNA-Security, SSCP, CySA+, or GICSP).
• US Citizenship is required.

  • Power Platform Functional Consultant
  • Power Platform Developer
  • Power Platform App Maker
  • Power Platform Solution Architect
• Experience integrating with industry-leading cloud platforms.
• Understanding of data visualization techniques for leadership reporting.
• Prior experience supporting federal government customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement new solutions to business problems using the Power Platform and other cloud-based tools.
• Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
• Train citizen developers and promote Power Platform adoption and growth.
• Monitor, govern, and control Power Platform environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing solutions.
• Develop rich data visualizations tailored to leadership needs.
• Compile and assess user feedback to enhance technical solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
