Power Plant Mechanic

About the role

This position provides all maintenance, installation, and repair activities of Plant Operations for the medical school complex. Provides general maintenance to all HVAC and support equipment for all the uptown/downtown satellite facilities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, installation, and repair of Plant Operations equipment
• General maintenance of HVAC and support equipment across uptown/downtown satellite facilities
• Preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5 years of experience in welding, burning, installation, and repairs of boiler, cooling towers, chillers, and large pumps
• 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of power plants
