Program Related
- Aid in recruiting, training, and supervising homework helpers.
- Keep records of participant progress.
- Secure and utilize enrichment and resource materials.
- Oversee the recognition of members and homework helpers.
- Promote the Power Hour program to members.
- Supervise the activity area and maintain order.
- Integrate the use of computers to support the Power Hour program.
- Record attendance using MyClubHub.
- Prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, and academic yearly basis.
- Affirm that activities and materials are gender and age appropriate and representative of Club members' backgrounds.
Non-Program Related
- Maintain attractive and updated bulletin boards.
- Care for and repair equipment.
- Ensure the activity area is orderly and tidy at the end of the program.
- Assist with supervision of hallways and adjacent areas.
- Display appealing reading materials and encourage reading among members.
