Poultry Worker/Debone/Hattiesburg

Responsibilities

• Cut and trim poultry to prepare for packing
• Remove parts from carcass, including skin, feathers, scales, or bones
• Use knives, cleavers, meat saws, bandsaws, or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming
• Process primal parts into cuts suitable for retail use

Requirements

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST
• No prior experience necessary
• Can be a re-hire at this time
