Postpartum RN - Full Time - Night Shift

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on managing their health, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The nurse collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, considering patients' physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs. Key Responsibilities Educate patients and families on illness management, medication, and post-treatment care.Participate in safety initiatives and professional development activities.Assess patient needs using critical nursing skills, respecting patient values and barriers to care.Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices. Qualifications Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Valid RN license required.No prior experience necessary, but two years of experience is preferred.
