Postpartum RN - Full-Time - Night Shift

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on managing their health, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. It requires developing and documenting personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients, considering physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. Key Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patient needs using critical nursing skills.Communicate and coordinate care plans across the continuum of care.Educate patients and families on health management, medication, and post-treatment care.Participate in safety, quality, and professional development activities. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN licensure.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness at all times.
