Postpartum RN (Full-Time, Night)

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a full-time, night shift role. The position involves assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within established standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient- and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication across the care continuum.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Maintain safety and professionalism in a safety-sensitive environment.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree and active RN licensure.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than two years of experience.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
