About the role

The successful candidate will investigate immune responses to viral and parasitic infection, focusing on mechanisms of host defense and the impact of an individual's infection history on subsequent exposure.

Responsibilities

• Investigate immune responses to viral and parasitic infection
• Focus on mechanisms of host defense and the impact of an individual's infection history on subsequent exposure
• Access to state-of-the-art facilities and opportunities for collaborations

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, Virology, Microbiology, or related field
• Evidence of scientific productivity evidenced by at least one first-author publication either in preprint or already published in a peer-reviewed journal
• Experience with viral infection models

• Open mind and willingness to learn new skills
