About the role
The OMIQ Lab at the University of California, Davis is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative multiparametric PET imaging studies of the immune system using state-of-the-art instrumentation and software.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and validate new imaging protocols and analysis methods.
- Write scientific papers and present research findings at national/international conferences.
Requirements
- A PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience with PET imaging techniques and data analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Python/R.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Interest in interdisciplinary research combining molecular biology, immunology, and imaging.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for advancing medical imaging technology and its applications in biomedical research.
Skills
