About the role

The OMIQ Lab at the University of California, Davis is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative multiparametric PET imaging studies of the immune system using state-of-the-art instrumentation and software.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and validate new imaging protocols and analysis methods.
  • Write scientific papers and present research findings at national/international conferences.

Requirements

  • A PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience with PET imaging techniques and data analysis.
  • Strong programming skills in Python/R.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Interest in interdisciplinary research combining molecular biology, immunology, and imaging.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for advancing medical imaging technology and its applications in biomedical research.

Skills
