Responsibilities
- Differentiating iPSCs into vascular cells using established protocols
- Developing and maintaining brain organoids from iPSCs
- Designing experiments to validate the functionality and characteristics of iPSC-derived vascular models (CRISPR-edited lines) within the organoid model
- Developing and optimizing protocols for co-culturing iPSC-derived vascular cells with AD organoids
- Performing functional validation experiments using established and novel functional assays
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in genetic engineering and cell culture techniques
- Experience with iPSC differentiation and brain organoid development
- Knowledge of CRISPR technology and its applications
- Ability to design and execute experiments to validate cellular models
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Collaborative and communicative skills
