Responsibilities

• Differentiating iPSCs into vascular cells using established protocols
• Developing and maintaining brain organoids from iPSCs
• Designing experiments to validate the functionality and characteristics of iPSC-derived vascular models (CRISPR-edited lines) within the organoid model
• Developing and optimizing protocols for co-culturing iPSC-derived vascular cells with AD organoids
• Performing functional validation experiments using established and novel functional assays

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in genetic engineering and cell culture techniques
• Experience with iPSC differentiation and brain organoid development
• Knowledge of CRISPR technology and its applications
• Ability to design and execute experiments to validate cellular models
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Collaborative and communicative skills
