Customer Retail Counters: Provide postage stamp sales and shipping services at Customer Retail Counters on the Columbia campus to the University community and the public using a point of sale and USPS RSS mailing/shipping system.
U.S. Dept. of State – USC Passport Acceptance Agent: Perform passport application acceptance and photo services in accordance with U.S. Dept. of State policies and procedures; obtain and maintain ongoing training and annual Passport Agent recertification upon successful completion of initial training provided by the department.
Responsibilities
