About the role
Lead the end-to-end configuration and deployment of enhancements across the CRM Suite
Ensure all deliverables meet architectural best practices and client timelines
Translate business requests into technical design and functional specifications
Serve as a "Trusted Advisor" to client stakeholders, providing proactive recommendations on system optimization
Maintain high monthly utilization targets by efficiently managing a portfolio of multiple clients in a shared-dedicated capacity
Conduct impact assessments for product releases, advising clients on how new features will interact within their product footprint
Address technical escalations, identifying architectural gaps and implementing configuration fixes
Responsibilities
- Technical Delivery: Lead the end-to-end configuration and deployment of enhancements across the CRM Suite
- Technical Architect: Ensure all deliverables meet architectural best practices and client timelines
- Solution Design: Translate business requests into technical design and functional specifications
- Client Leadership: Serve as a "Trusted Advisor" to client stakeholders, providing proactive recommendations on system optimization
- Performance Accountability: Maintain high monthly utilization targets by efficiently managing a portfolio of multiple clients in a shared-dedicated capacity
- Release Management: Conduct impact assessments for product releases, advising clients on how new features will interact within their product footprint
- Root Cause Analysis: Address technical escalations, identifying architectural gaps and implementing configuration fixes
Requirements
- 3+ Years of Billable Consulting: Proven experience in a client-facing professional services or managed services role. Must have experience managing client expectations, project scope, and billable hours
- Hands-on Technical Depth: 3+ years of direct experience building and configuring CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or VeeVa). Must be comfortable with complex security models, validation rules, flow automation, and deployment lifecycles
- Sovereign Delivery: Ability to work autonomously in a remote capacity, managing multiple client workstreams simultaneously without constant oversight
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders via email, presentations, and live workshops
- Life Sciences Expertise: Direct experience working within the Life Sciences or Healthcare vertical, with an understanding of the unique compliance and operational needs of these organizations
- Veeva CRM/Vault Certification: Current certifications in VeeVa CRM or the VeeVa Vault platform
- Technical Architecture Exposure: Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, or data integration tools

Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000
