CRM Executive (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the wider CRM team, build, schedule, and send lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and beyond – making sure every send is accurate and goes out on time
  • Set up customer journeys, audience segments, and messaging templates within our customer engagement platform, Braze
  • Manage campaign timelines and keep stakeholders updated on progress
  • QA campaigns end-to-end before launch, checking content, links, segments, and rendering Creative & Content
  • Produce and adapt campaign copy in partnership with our internal teams
  • Build campaign visuals using our customer engagement platform, in partnership with our Design team
  • Help keep creative consistent and high-quality across campaigns
  • Support your CRM Manager in bringing the lifecycle strategy for your vertical(s) to life
  • Contribute ideas and campaign recommendations to grow lifetime value, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Help build and run the test-and-learn roadmap

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly in lifecycle/CRM in a D2C or comparison business
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering accurate work to deadlines
  • A self-starter and clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
  • Comfortable working with data and quick to learn new tools
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience with Braze, or an equivalent customer engagement platform
