Key Responsibilities
- Working with the wider CRM team, build, schedule, and send lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and beyond – making sure every send is accurate and goes out on time
- Set up customer journeys, audience segments, and messaging templates within our customer engagement platform, Braze
- Manage campaign timelines and keep stakeholders updated on progress
- QA campaigns end-to-end before launch, checking content, links, segments, and rendering Creative & Content
- Produce and adapt campaign copy in partnership with our internal teams
- Build campaign visuals using our customer engagement platform, in partnership with our Design team
- Help keep creative consistent and high-quality across campaigns
- Support your CRM Manager in bringing the lifecycle strategy for your vertical(s) to life
- Contribute ideas and campaign recommendations to grow lifetime value, upsell, and cross-sell
- Help build and run the test-and-learn roadmap
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly in lifecycle/CRM in a D2C or comparison business
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering accurate work to deadlines
- A self-starter and clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
- Comfortable working with data and quick to learn new tools
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with Braze, or an equivalent customer engagement platform
