About the role
The CRM Senior Specialist plays a crucial role in driving CRM execution for BairesDev's VIP Audiences & Experiences function. The position involves building and executing multi-touch outreach sequences, maintaining automation workflows, and leveraging generative AI tools like Claude to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across email, direct mail, and event follow-up for VIP account segments.
- Build and maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools.
- Use Claude as the primary AI tool for outreach copy, contact research, account intelligence, and workflow logic.
- Track and report on pipeline outcomes including meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
- Own data enrichment workflows, ensuring VIP contact records are accurate, current, and actionable.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing.
- B2B SaaS or tech services industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Reply.io, or equivalent.
- Daily, hands-on use of generative AI and LLM tools, with Claude strongly preferred; prompt engineering skills required.
- Experience with automation workflows using Zapier, n8n, or Make.com.
- Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- STEM or quantitative degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or Physics; strong non-STEM candidates with a demonstrable data or numbers track record also considered.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B tech services, staffing, or nearshore companies.
- Experience marketing to C-suite or VP-level audiences.
- Background in marketing analytics, copywriting, or growth marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
Skills
- Generative AI and LLM tools (Claude preferred).
