Responsibilities

  • Trim, dry, and cure cannabis flower according to company standards and state regulations.
  • Handle flower with care to maintain its structure, aroma, and trichome integrity.
  • Monitor product quality, identifying any defects or contamination, and report issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of batch data for seed-to-sale compliance tracking.
  • Clean and sanitize tools, work areas, and equipment daily to meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with post-harvest processes such as sorting, labeling, and preparing flower for packaging.
  • Work collaboratively with cultivation and packaging teams to ensure production goals are met.
  • Uphold all safety and compliance protocols while maintaining a positive and team-oriented attitude.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of experience in cannabis cultivation, post-harvest processing, or agricultural production preferred.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods and perform repetitive hand motions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in environments with humidity, temperature variation, and strong odors.
  • Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment.

Comfortable collaborating with others and communicating effectively.
