Description of the Positions
- Neuroimmune Communication in Alzheimer's Disease
- Mechanisms of Tau Pathobiology in Alzheimer's Disease and Other Tauopathies
Qualifications And Expectations
- A recent Ph.D. in neuroscience, biology, biochemistry, or a related field with a strong publication record
- Expertise in sterile tissue culture techniques (required)
- Experience with IPSC reprogramming and disease modeling (preferred)
- Proficiency with molecular biology techniques (e.g., RNA isolation and cloning)
- Experience with biochemical approaches (e.g., protein isolation and Western blot analysis)
- Experience with confocal microscopy (required)
- Experience with immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry (preferred)
- Experience with single-cell, whole-genome, and proteomic analysis (preferred)
- Experience with mouse handling, including injection, dissection, and behavioral approaches (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical expertise, and scientific creativity are essential
