The Melting Pot is the nation's largest fondue restaurant franchise, offering a unique dining experience with private tables, fine wines, and signature fondue dinners. This casual dining restaurant is seeking energetic team members to join their vibrant and inclusive family.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fun and relaxed atmosphere
- Handle food preparation and serving duties as assigned
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Adhere to health and safety protocols
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment is a plus
