Portfolio Strategy Intern

About the role

As a Portfolio Strategy Intern on the Human Resources Generalists & Operations Team, you will help with investment data entry, portfolio analysis reports, administrative support, and other specially assigned projects. This is a hybrid role requiring three or more days on-site each week at one of the listed office locations; candidates should be within a commutable distance. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing analysis on client portfolios and generating proposals
• Provide due diligence support to the investment team
• Compile materials for Investment Committee presentations
• Participate in due diligence phone calls and meetings
• Assist in preparing and compiling end-of-quarter marketing materials and reports
• Maintain files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
• Assume other general administrative duties as assigned (faxing, scanning, copying, etc.)
• Assist with data gathering and spreadsheet preparation for projects as assigned
• Assist in gathering requested information and files
• Assist with projects assigned by Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Current student in Junior or Senior standing working toward a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
• Prior experience in general administrative or customer service duties
• Obtain Orion Industry Certification
• Own and manage relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
